Game Operators (GOs) are the ones making sure the Game Rules are followed and are the first point of contact for players who need help. As a GO, you'll assist players with game-related issues, listen to their concerns, and check for rule violations.

But hey, don't forget: GOs are just like you! We have GOs who are 18, others who are 50, male and female, students and finance professionals. There are no limits on what kind of person can join the team.

GOs are assigned to specific worlds where they have no in-game connections to keep things fair and impartial. Also, GOs are volunteers: this is not a paid position.

You don't need to be a tech expert to apply! We provide all the tools, guides, and training you'll need, assuming no prior technical knowledge.

Before applying, please remember:

• You must be at least 18 years old (for legal reasons, you'll need to provide a valid ID and sign a Data Protection Agreement).
• Make sure you have at least 2 hours a day available.
• You must be willing to use Discord (our chat system, requires registration and works via web or mobile app).
• You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• You should be able to read and write in basic English.
• Again, this is a volunteer position: it is not paid.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who gets that helping players is the most important thing we do as Staff.
• A team player who's open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Someone who treats everyone with respect, no matter what. We don't tolerate any kind of discrimination, whether it's about nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, politics, sexual orientation, or anything else.
• Someone who shows maturity and good judgment in all situations.
• A person who's helpful, friendly, curious, patient, accurate, and - most importantly - fair to everyone.
