Requirements to join the Elsword Team::

• Have a good understanding of the game and its rules to effectively support the community.
• Possess strong English language skills.
• Be active and communicative, engaging with the community regularly.
• Be willing to sign a legal document as part of the role requirements.
• Demonstrate the ability to accept constructive criticism and use it to improve.
• Be a team player, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Familiarity with Discord: You should have sufficient experience with the platform to understand how it works.
• Clean record: You must not have received any sanctions in the game, Discord, or in the forum.
